White-label web development for agencies: our engineers, your name, fixed prices, the client stays yours

We deliver engineering work under your agency's name: Shopify migrations, AI integration, AI search visibility, accessibility remediation, and general web engineering on Laravel, Node, .NET, WordPress and Shopify themes. Every job has a written scope and a fixed price, our engineers join your Slack, every deliverable carries your brand, and the client stays yours. The prices are the same as on our public pages, with a 15% partner discount from the second job. Start by telling us about a project.

Who this is for

You run a design, marketing or development agency in the United States or the United Kingdom. You have more work than engineering hours, or a brief that needs skills your team does not have this quarter, or a client who wants a Shopify migration, an AI assistant, an accessibility fix or a technical search project you would rather not turn away. You want it delivered well, under your name, at a price you can mark up and present with confidence.

That is how most of our work has been delivered for years: agencies and consultancies in the US and UK selling the work and owning the relationship, our engineers in Ahmedabad delivering it on a written scope at a fixed price. The client stays yours.

What we deliver under your name

The same four services on our public pages, plus general web engineering.

  • Shopify migration. Magento, WooCommerce and BigCommerce stores moved to Shopify with products, customers, orders and SEO redirects, from $4,500. Details on the Shopify migration page.
  • AI integration. Assistants trained on the client's own content, support and order automation, internal workflow automation, running in the client's own model account with a known monthly cost. From $3,500. See AI integration.
  • AI search visibility. Measuring what ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI say about the client for the questions buyers ask, then the on-site and off-site work that moves it. Audit $2,500, sprint $3,500 to $9,000. See AI search visibility.
  • Accessibility. WCAG 2.1 AA audits and code remediation on Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress and custom applications. Audit $1,200 to $7,500, fixes from $4,000. See website accessibility audit.
  • General web engineering. Laravel and PHP applications, Node services, .NET applications, WordPress themes and plug-ins, Shopify theme builds and customisations, integrations between the client's systems. Scoped and priced per job, or as a monthly engineer priced by outcome.

How white-label works here

Your brand on everything. Scopes, staging links, reports, daily logs, documentation and the final hand-over are produced under your name. Our engineers can work from an address on your email domain. Nothing we produce says RiantSoft unless you want it to.

Our engineers in your Slack. You get a named lead engineer and the people doing the work in your channel, in your project tool, on your calls when you want them there. They work India hours with a daily overlap into the US and UK morning, and every message gets a reply within one US business day.

A written scope before any work. Every job starts with a document that lists what is included, what is not, the dates, the staging and review points, and one price. You mark it up and present it as yours.

Fixed prices, never hourly. The number in the scope is the number on the invoice. Changes are written up with their price before they are built, and you decide whether to pass them to the client. Monthly arrangements are priced by the outcome agreed for the month, not by the hour.

15% partner discount from the second job. The first job is at the public price so both sides can see how we work. From the second, every job is 15% below the public tables, for as long as we work together.

Everything in the client's accounts. Hosting, store admin, repositories, Search Console, model accounts: all set up in the client's or your name with us invited in. Nothing to hand back at the end.

Staging you can open any time, and a daily written log. You and your client can see the work as it happens. Surprises at launch come from not looking; we make looking easy.

NDA by default. Yours or ours, signed before we see client material.

Half at start, half at launch, by wire or PayPal, and 30 days of post-launch fixes included on every job.

What we need from you

  • A brief, in whatever state it is in. We will ask the questions needed to scope it.
  • Read-only access to the existing site, store or repository for scoping, if one exists.
  • One named person on your side who can answer questions within a working day. Delays on jobs come from waiting, not from building.
  • The decision on how we appear: as your team, under your domain, or as a named partner.
  • The client's accounts set up and us invited in before the start date; we send a checklist.
  • Honest news. If the client is unhappy, worried or changing direction, tell us the day you hear it.

When your client is not happy

It happens on some jobs, and how it is handled is most of what a partnership is. The rule is simple: you tell us, and it becomes our problem to fix inside the scope. Because the client reviewed staging and read the daily log, most issues surface early and small. If we built what the scope said and the client wanted something else, we write the change and its price and you decide what to do with it. If we got it wrong, we fix it at our cost and say so plainly in the log. Every job carries 30 days of post-launch fixes. Throughout, you remain the only voice your client hears unless you ask us to join a call.

Illustrative record

example-agency.com ยท white-label Magento to Shopify migration (illustrative)fixed price $12,600

A US design agency with a retail client on Magento 2, about 2,800 products, a custom theme to rebuild and eight extensions to map, and no in-house Shopify developer. Illustrative of a typical engagement, not a client record.

- Agency had quoted the design and wanted a delivery partner for the build; client expected the agency to run the whole project under its own name with a fixed date

+ Written scope and fixed price delivered in two working days under the agency's letterhead; two engineers in the agency's Slack; staging store on the client's Shopify account from week one; daily log; agency presented every milestone; launch on the agreed date with redirects and 30 days of fixes

Second job for the same agency priced at 15% below the public table. The client never needed to know who built it, and still does not.

What it costs

How it runs

  1. Brief (day 1)

You send the brief and whatever access exists. We sign the NDA and ask the questions needed to scope the job.

  2. Scope and price (2 working days)

You receive a written scope under your name: included, excluded, dates, review points, one fixed price. You add your margin and present it to your client.

  3. Set-up (first week)

Accounts in the client's or your name with us invited in; a channel in your Slack or project tool; staging in place; the named engineers introduced. Half the fee at start.

  4. Build (per scope)

Work on staging you and the client can open at any time, a written log every working day, review points as scoped. Changes written up with a price before they are built.

  5. Launch and after

Launch on the agreed date, the second half of the fee, 30 days of fixes included, and the optional care plan or monthly engineer if the client wants someone on call. The second job is at the partner price.

Why agencies work with us this way

Agencies that narrow what they offer have been found, in 2026 industry research, to grow faster than those that broaden. A delivery partner lets you say yes to the Shopify migration, the AI build or the accessibility fix without hiring for it, while your offer to clients stays focused on what you do well. We have been that partner for US and UK agencies and consultancies for years, building from Ahmedabad since 2009, with a US address and phone in Kennesaw, Georgia for your client's comfort and ours.

Questions people ask

What does 'the client stays yours' mean in practice?

It means the relationship, the invoice and the account are yours, and our role is to make your delivery promise true. We work from your Slack or project tool, under your email domain if you want, and every document, staging link and deliverable carries your brand. We do not hold any credentials, repositories or accounts in our name; everything is set up in the client's or your accounts from day one. When the job ends, nothing has to be handed back because nothing was ever ours. We put this in the agreement because a partner should not have to take it on trust.

How do fixed prices work for white-label work?

The same way they work for a direct client. We read the brief and, where possible, the existing site or repository, then write a scope that lists what is included, what is not, the dates and one price. You add your margin and present it to your client as your own quote. If the client changes the scope during the job, we write a change note with its price before doing the work, and you decide whether to pass it on. We do not bill hourly, so there is no timesheet to reconcile and no surprise at the end.

Do you offer a dedicated engineer by the month?

Yes, as a monthly arrangement priced by outcome rather than by the hour. We agree a monthly scope: a set of features, a maintenance backlog, a number of tickets or a defined area of a product, with a fixed monthly price and a named engineer who works your hours overlap. You get the continuity of a dedicated person without buying time you then have to fill. If the scope grows, the price is revisited in writing; if it shrinks, so is the price. Cancel at the end of any month.

What do you need from us to start?

A brief, even a rough one; access to the site, repository or store if it exists, read-only is fine for scoping; a named person on your side who can answer questions within a day; and a decision on how we appear: as your team, under your email domain, or as a named partner. For the job itself we need the client's accounts set up (hosting, Shopify or WordPress admin, repository, Search Console) with us invited in, and a channel in your Slack or project tool. We send a short checklist with the scope.

What happens if our client is unhappy with the work?

You tell us, and we treat it as our problem to fix within the scope. Every job includes 30 days of fixes after launch at no charge, the daily written log means you can see what was done and when, and staging means the client can review before anything goes live, which prevents most surprises. If something was built to the written scope and the client wanted something else, we write the change and its price and you decide. If we got it wrong, we fix it at our cost. You stay the face of the relationship throughout; we never contact your client unless you ask us to.

Will you sign an NDA and stay invisible to our client?

Yes to both, and it is the default. We sign your NDA or supply ours before seeing any client material. Deliverables carry your brand, staging sites sit on your or the client's domains, commit messages and documents are written in a neutral voice, and our engineers can work under your email domain. If you prefer to introduce us by name as your engineering partner, that works too; some agencies find clients value knowing who is doing the work. Either way the choice is yours and it is written into the agreement.

Which technologies do you cover?

Ecommerce: Shopify and Shopify Plus themes and apps, WooCommerce, Magento 1 and 2 (including moving off it). Web and application engineering: Laravel and PHP, Node, .NET, WordPress themes and plug-ins. AI: assistants on a client's own content, support and order automation, workflow automation, using the client's own model accounts. Search: AI search visibility and the classic technical SEO underneath it. Accessibility: WCAG 2.1 AA audits and code remediation. If a brief falls outside this list we say so rather than take it on.

Have a project your team cannot take on this month?

Send the brief. A written scope and a fixed price under your name within two working days.
