Add AI to the site, store or app you already have

We add AI to systems you already run: an assistant that answers from your own content, automation of order or support tasks, or an internal workflow that stops being done by hand. Fixed prices from $3,500, built on your own accounts. Start with the free AI fit check: tell us the site and the task, and get a one-page plan with a price in two working days.

Who this is for

You run a business with a website, an online store or an internal application that works. Somewhere in it there is a task people still do by hand: answering the same forty questions in support, copying orders into a spreadsheet, chasing suppliers for stock dates, writing the same product descriptions, routing leads. You have read that AI can do this. You want someone to tell you plainly whether it can for your task, what it would cost to build and run, and then build it without a rebuild of everything else.

Three things we build

1. An assistant trained on your own content

A conversation window on your site or store that answers from your pages, your product catalog, your policies and your help articles, with the source shown. It can look up an order status or a stock level when connected to your store. When it does not know, it says so and hands the visitor to a person with the conversation attached.

  • Installs on Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce or a custom site in an afternoon.
  • Every conversation is logged where you can read it and correct answers.
  • The one on this page is ours; try it on the home page.

Fixed price from $3,500, including setup, a tested question list, and 30 days of tuning. Details and examples.

2. Customer support and order automation

For stores and service businesses where the inbox is the bottleneck. The automation reads incoming messages, classifies them, answers the ones that have a known answer (where is my order, how do I return this, do you ship to Canada), drafts replies for the rest, and updates your helpdesk or store. People stay in the loop for anything involving money or judgement.

  • Connects to Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot, Gmail or Outlook, and to your store.
  • A reasonable target for most inboxes: a third to a half of tickets handled without a person touching them, with the rest arriving pre-drafted. The fit check estimates the share for your actual ticket mix.

Fixed price from $4,500. Details.

3. Internal workflow automation

One process, end to end: the thing your team does in a spreadsheet and three browser tabs. Supplier follow-ups, invoice matching, lead routing, catalog enrichment, weekly reporting. Built with the right tool for the job, which is sometimes a model, sometimes plain code, and sometimes n8n or Make with a few custom nodes.

Fixed price from $3,500. Details.

Running costs (model fees, hosting) are billed by the providers to your own accounts and are estimated in the fit check. They are usually $40 to $200 a month for an assistant; more for automations that run on every order.

How it runs

  1. Free AI fit check (2 working days)

You tell us the site and the task. We look at your content and systems, and send a one-page plan: what the AI would do, what data it needs, what it will cost to run each month, the fixed price to build it, and, if the honest answer is "an off-the-shelf tool does this", which tool.

  2. Scope (1 week)

Written scope with the test list: the real questions or cases the system must handle correctly before launch. Accounts created in your name. Half the fee at start, half at launch.

  3. Build and test (2 to 4 weeks)

Built on a staging copy you can use from the first week. Every item on the test list is checked, and you can add to the list. Daily written log.

  4. Launch and tune (30 days)

Live on your site or in your inbox. We read the logs with you weekly for the first month and correct answers and routing. Then the care plan, if you want someone on call.

What we will not do

We will not put a generic chatbot on your site and call it AI. We will not build something that can promise a customer a refund or a delivery date you have not approved. We will not sell you a $900 automation that breaks the first time a supplier changes an email format; the fit check will tell you when a task is too small to be worth building. And we will not hold your accounts: the model account, the hosting, the code, all of it is yours from day one.

Questions people ask

Which AI models do you use?

Whichever fits the job and your budget. For assistants that must answer accurately from your content we usually use Anthropic's Claude or OpenAI's models through their official APIs; for high-volume classification tasks a smaller, cheaper model is often right. The model account is yours, in your name, so you see the usage bill and can switch providers later. We do not resell model usage at a markup.

What does it cost to run each month?

Model fees for a typical website assistant are $40 to $200 a month, and we show you the estimate before you commit. Automations that run on every order cost more at volume; the fit check includes a per-month running cost for your actual numbers. Hosting for the small service that connects things is usually under $20 a month, on your own account.

Will the assistant make things up?

An assistant that answers only from your content, with the sources shown and a hand-off to a person when it is unsure, makes far fewer errors than a general chatbot. We build every assistant that way, test it against a list of real questions before launch, and give you a page where you can see every conversation and correct any answer. It will never promise a refund, a delivery date or a price you have not published.

What about our customer data and privacy?

Your data stays in your accounts: your store, your helpdesk, your model provider account under a business agreement that excludes training on your data. We sign an NDA before the fit check if you want one, and a data processing agreement for the build. We do not keep copies of your customer data after handover.

Can you build this inside Shopify, WordPress, Magento or a custom app?

Yes. Most assistants install as a small script and a server-side service; store automations connect through the platform API (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce) and your helpdesk (Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot) or ERP. Custom Laravel, Node or .NET applications are what our engineers have built for seventeen years.

How is this different from the chatbot my platform already offers?

Platform chatbots are generic and tied to that platform. Ours is trained on your content, knows your policies, can look up an order or a stock level, and belongs to you. If you move platform later, it moves with you.

Do you do one-off automations under $2,500?

No. Below that size the cost of scoping, testing and supporting the work is more than the work itself, and the result tends to be fragile. The fit check will say so honestly if your task is better done with an off-the-shelf tool, and name the tool.
